Mark and Joanne are still behind the scenes at Lee's Electrical, however their son in-law Blake Shugar and their son Andrew Lee now organize and run majority of the company.

Switchboard Upgrades
- Do you have an older home in Perth Or Western Australia? You may need a Switchboard Upgrade to allow for new circuits (I.E Airconditioning, Solar panels, bore etc.) or it could be to ensure that your switchboard and all wiring and circuit protection is sufficient to support the electrical needs of your household.
- Switchboards installed in Perth homes built more than 20+ years ago were not designed to handle our current electrical expectations. Older switchboards also may not have the required 2 RCD's which is another very important reason why you Should upgrade your switchboard.
These are some of the signs to look for that will tell you if you have an outdated switchboard:
- Fuses blow when you use too many appliances
- Lights flicker for no apparent reason
- Circuit breakers tripping regularly
- Cabling in the switchboard can overheat because it is overloaded
- Appliances short circuiting
- You may have an outdated fuse box with ceramic fuses and asbestos black board
- No RCD’s installed
